She’s not well known in the Philippines..Is this a way for you to be known?..I guess internationally as sexual icon..

As for transgender, maybe there are SOME gays(RICH ONES) who did have to do the procedures but if they had, news about this would spread fast and people would criticize rather than praise it here..

As for plastic surgery(relevant to change in appearance), only a few had done it because people here give importance to natural beauty..the surgeries are only minimal, meaning nose jobs or facelift..

Being a gay/lesbian is not accepted here..yah, there are gays/lesbians here but their numbers are still low..
