There so many toys today but some are simply exceptional and always relevant. Take the classics below.
1. Lincoln Logs

Almost everyone has owned these toys invented in 1916-17 and had become necessary in early childhood growth. Youngsters are taught so many things like coordinating between hand and eye, building and creatively coming up with weapons from notched wood.
2. Slinky

It was created by Richard James who refined the steel coils and gauges for the new toy from around 1943. At first, its sales were slow but in 1945, a demonstration on a department store on Christmas time changed everything.
3. Etch A Sketch

The traditional red frame is still a favorite as much as there are blue and hot pink frames, since the 1970s. Invented by Arthur Granjean but developed and marketed by Ohio Art Company in the 1960s. Still entertains millions across the globe.
4. Erector Set

It’s a vintage type of construction toy created by the gifted inventor and Doctor A.C. Gilbert. It has overwhelmingly entertained and educated children over the years. He developed it in 1913 yet it is still a staple teaching tool for children.
5. Toy Guns

Toy Guns have always been in the market, such as the Paintball Guns and AirSoft guns for ages. Kids who adore toy guns can remember Macaulay Culkin in Home Alone in the 80s blasting the two robbers trying to break in their home.
6. Play-Doh

This classic toy was invented by Joseph and Noah McVicker in 1956. Through its colorful background, non-toxic, kids make anything their creative growing minds can create.
7. LEGO

Invented by Ole Kirk Christiansen, Danish, in 1934 from the idea of block building. The franchise started small to a monster toy business offering varieties of sizes and shapes that can build just anything.
8. Dolls

As much s the first time they appeared is not clear, ancient tombs from 2000 BC shows traces of rags shaped like humans. Action figures, for boys mostly, were invented around 1860s.
9. Video Games

Video games have been around since 1947, from complex playing things to the most basic toys any kid can play with today, on a computer, phone, video or online. The earliest was in 1947 by Thomas Goldsmith Jr. in conjunction with Estle Ray Mann to form the Amusement Device Cathod Ray Tube.
10. Scalextric Toy Cars

They are car racing toy games with newer inventions available featuring new school curriculums for projects aimed at helping kids to build, design and race choice scalextric cars. They were invented by B. “Freddie” Francis and appeared in the 1950s.

The most affected toy for me maybe is “Slinky”, Because this is my childhood often saw and played, and other toys i almost have no memory on them
